it's been awhile

or so a reader pinged me the other day to let me know that it has been awhile since I posted something...

Truth is I am skipping along in Facebook and Twitter = Twitter is cshDCmom - so look me up!

It is crazy how addicting these two sites can be...I am forever checking to see if someone is posting about going for a coffee or making their oatmeal..sound mundane, but for the psych in me it's fascinating!
